HAD TO LIVE LIFE LIKE AN AMERICAN so we went to The Cheesecake Factory, indulged in grotesquely large sized plates of pasta. It wasn’t too bad but to nobody’s surprise I couldn’t finish mine.

Don’t think anyone will ever regret eating cheesecake. Ever. I’m going to upload a video of myself baking an Oreo Cheesecake next year. (Like seriously, just 2 months later.) WAIT FOR IT. AND PREPARE THE FIRE BRIGADE.

So y’all know your goddess nearly died because her Asian roots stretch so deep down back to home that all the pastas, burger and fries every single meal made her cry out for … RICE. I never knew I could miss that fluffy white grain of Kilograms to your stomach so much.

So I did some exploration into the Room service menu and saw “Thai Green Curry with RICE” Getting so excited and all… ordered that with a fruit platter that costs QUITE LITTLE LIKE MAYBE ABOUT 10 SGD FOR SOME THIN SLICES OF FRUIT. AND THAT ANTI PREGNANCY PINEAPPLE THAT I DONT EVEN TOUCH.

If you have never seen Thai green curried risotto with random scraps of veg and thick, chunky chicken breasts that would make a girl ashamed of her assets, this is your chance.

I learnt my lesson, and will never order Chinese food in the European hotels again. It wasn’t that it’s bad… maybe because I was hungry. But their breakfast buffet was awesome af.

I just had to take a pic of these cute wooden bowls and scoops they use to display the cereal varieties man… Too adorable but totally impractical because more cereal landed on the Astro turf than in my bowl.

Here’s my sleepwear in the beautiful room… with them soft linen and plush pillows. I ADMIT, I rolled around and made contented cat noises to myself.

I finally got a strike off my lifelong wishlist. To own a Tumi. I love that brand ever since I walked into the shop during my trip to Hongkong. I swore my first paycheck would go to a Tumi. Well. To be exact, I wanted that check to go to a Tumi backpack but hell, this luggage is A FUCKING STEAL and its gorgeous as hell.

I must be fucking retarded to not get it.

Went to get my very necessary Sushi Zenmai fix after the competition and ordered 3 Hotate Mentaiyaki because hell Im luxurious AF. Kidding. It’s divided by 3 why the hell not.

Anything with ROG is hot. That’s a competition arena right there. And did I mention you can play the game in high graphics. AND THE HOURLY RATE ITS DIVIDED BY 3 LET ME REMIND YOU AGAIN. Malaysia is awesome. I admit it now after spending 3 years with Z. Hahahaha. (Ok… more like after more than 90% of the people I hang out with are Malaysians.)

Because going swimming when the weather outside is -10 degrees is the only logical thing to do. Came down with fever and flu because the heater in the room was trying to turn the place into a Sauna and so dry, it could dry up my tears in 0.01 second.

I finally got out of my hotel room to explore the Red Square in Moscow. Just had to take a photo of this beautiful church.

They were having a Christmas fair at the Square, and a huge assed ice skating rink. Not quite eager to show off my slipping skills so I passed.

Yes… that pretty much sums up my Moscow trip. Hahaha. I bought a Russian doll. I always get them on the list when I’m playing Object seeking mystery games on my Ipad. So happy to finally own one in real life. Has that creepy, mysterious vibe to it.

However, Russian dolls are meant to symbolize family togetherness. Hahaha.

Will upload a video of me doing my Garlic butter prawns because some people have been asking. And Will try to stream from Australia if their internet allows. Sounds highly impossible though.

I love all of you! Christmas is coming. Spend some time squeezing in Orchard road with people because the lights are quite pretty. My favorite is the one at Orchard Central. Go take a look.

Did you know, when I was in University, I had to endure a 1.5 hour bus ride every day to Queenstown. I know some people have it worse than me, but really. Look at this map. 5 stops to Sixth Avenue, just change a bus and i’d be there in 15mins. JESUS.

I finally had the chance to taste their yummy crustacean goodness for myself. Mr Lawyer took me out on a date!

The bar is smaller than I thought, but tastefully decorated. It is cozy and modernistic.

Good food stays on your mind longer than you’d actually realize it. Even till now, I cannot stop reminiscing about the taste of dat lobster roooooooooll. We ordered a salad because they ran out of all the hot appetizers and soups. DON’T ORDER THE SALAD.

We had lobster roll set, the spicy one, with burnt cheddar (extra cost). Comes with greens and chips sprayed with truffle oil, the Nope salad and the crustacean bowl.

This is supposedly one of their popular items. Mr lawyer mentioned it used to taste better though. In my opinion it was good for sharing, it’s not too good to have it all by yourself because the rice is kinda like sushi rice, so it’s really filling and the dish is sweet, not savory. I believe the sweetness comes from the seafood broth? and maybe some special sauce that I don’t know. But because of the overwhelming sweetness and sushi rice, it will only taste orgasmic for the first few spoonfuls.

But dat lobster roll tho. I can’t wait to go back there, hopefully the soups and appetizers will be available 🙂

Very value for money. They use generous amounts of lobster (goes by weight). The lobster roll set is 22++

I definitely recommend this. You have to try it especially if you are a staunch shellfish lover.

But make reservations!!!

I went on a food trip at Geylang 😀 Well.. not really a food trip. But I just made random stops to feed myself. Like hell, I did not even know where are all the “Famous stalls” at. Let’s not forget I am a road idiot. So i just to random coffeeshops. DAMN. :O I FOUND SOME AMAZING STUFFFFFFFF

I walked into this random kopitiam and they served the old fashioned cai fan omggggg. My favorite potatoes, salted veg (reminds me of my ahma’s one) and steamed egg.

Along the main road between Lorong 8 and 6 there’s this dim sum place. I really hate dimsum but damn, their porridge is delicious. And dat crabmeat dumpling…. bigger and juicier than Din Tai Feng’s one. EXPLOSION when you stuff the whole thing into your mouth. It’s quite big so I had to nibble alittle bit first. I think it’s quite famous? I don’t know the name lOLLLL

But i saw many OLs and those office uncles coming to eat for lunch.

Had a good chicken rice too. Somewhere along Lorong 23. In this super plain and japalang coffeeshop. The rice, so fantastic bro. I FORGOT TO TAKE A PIC I WAS TOO HUNGRY SORRY.

I have been eating so much recently. So fat, but who cares. D: Life is too short to be kate moss! How can you give up on truffle fries? On Macspicy? On FUCKING PORK BELLY???? This is proof that I have been eating like a starved beast. I went to IKEA and like we all know no one really goes there to buy furniture. Its the fucking meatballs man.

It’s basically just ONE SINGLE FLOOR, THE SIZE OF 1 and 1/2 of a 5 room flat. There are only 6 THINGS FOR YOU TO DO THERE AND IT’S ALL FOR KIDS, EVEN THO ITS FOR KIDS, I’D TELL MY KIDS I RATHER BUY THEM A REAL CAT.

And the merchandise is like … A freaking t shirt that says “Hello Kitty” Is priced at 280 RM. PLEASE BRO. Will the shirt give me the figure of Miranda Kerr or what?

For you guys who have been reading my blog since the first post when I moved to this current domain, should know that I did Gold toning treatment for my face at Aeon Aesthetic Clinic, (at Pacific Plaza). Those of you who have seen me before and after the treatment, Im sure all of you agree that my skin has improved greatly!

I used to have really really bad skin previously because of hormonal imbalance. So what the gold toning does is, it helps to soothe the redness left by pimples and scars. The picture below, on the left, is how my face was after being ravaged by a ferocious pimple outbreak. So as you can see, the picture on the right, that’s taken about 3 weeks back. The redness has is gone, like 100%. All that’s left are the holes left by the scars.
